This hotel exceeded our expectations with its luxurious amenities and exceptional service. the room had exclusive features and a private facility, providing a comfortable and relaxing stay. We enjoyed spending time in the leisure room and the bar area, which had a relaxed atmosphere and comfortable seating.

The only minor issue we experienced was with some of the staff members who appeared unfamiliar with the layout of the venue. this was quickly overlooked by the friendly and accommodating service provided by the majority of the staff.

The hotel is located within walking distance to a tram line and several tourist attractions. The rooms are tastefully decorated, spacious, and well-equipped with Cowshed bathroom products. The staff are friendly and accommodating, and the gym and dining restaurant are great facilities. Breakfast is delicious, and there are amenities that make your stay enjoyable, such as comfortable beds and pillows.

There may be some issues with privacy due to the layout of the rooms or large ashtrays outside that may create smoke and noise.

The room had lots of little extras to make our stay comfortable and feel like home. The bathroom and shower were fabulous, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. We loved the body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion provided in the bathroom.

The hotel was beautifully decorated and had a cozy atmosphere. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The location was ideal, close to the city center and vibrant cafe districts. We loved the convenient and safe parking available at the hotel.

The rooms were slightly smaller than expected, making it a bit challenging to move around when there were two people in the room. We also found the frosted glass wall between the bedroom and the bathroom to lack privacy, as it prevented us from turning on the bathroom light at night without disturbing the other person.
